Available on all ½ - 2" Hayward PVC and Corzan® CPVC True Union, "Z-Ball" and Three-Way Ball Valves, the packages now offer contractors a choice of either "socket" or "threaded end connections" on any quantity of ball valves ordered - a change from previous policy of shipping both sets of end connections with each ball valve ordered. The new end connection packages are designed to reduce material cost and waste, since only one set of end connections is typically used for each ball valve during installation. They are also designed to eliminate contractor disposal costs associated with getting rid of the set of end connections for every ball valve not used on the job site.
