700 series High-flow Process Metering Pumps - The 700 series provides the high-flow capability for Watson-Marlow's cased pumps. Flow rates up to 2000 litre/hour are achieved with a single 720R pumphead, rising up to 4000 litre/hour with twin pumphead option.
 
Three ranges provide solutions to suit your process needs. Tubing options and material choices ensure even aggresive chemicals can be pumped. Fluid is contained in the tubing, preventing contamination. The tubing is the only consumable; no ancillaries are required making installation easy and cost of ownership low.

IP66 cased pumps - Control and functionality, comprehensive efficient brushless DC motor. Tough IP66 enclosure for washdown and arduous environments.
Baseplate mounted pumps - Single and three-phase industrial drives mounted on baseplates with inverter, pneumatic or duplex options, fixed speed.
ATEX pumps - Rated to group II, category 2 equipment, intended for use in gas-based environments only. Fixed speed and mechanical variable speed options.

The PROFIBUS certified 720BpN can be directly connected to a PROFIBUS DP network removing the need for point to point wiring or a PROFIBUS gateway reducing engineering, hardware and installation costs, as well as offering remote diagnostics that help to minimise plant downtime and maintenance costs.
The 720BpN main control and running status functions cover: Start/Stop, Speed, Direction of rotation; Running hours, Tacho count and Flow calibration. In the unlikely event of a failure, the pump will transmit an alarm notification covering the following: General fault, Leak detected and Software version mismatch. The pump can also give more detailed analysis of the failure providing a further 11 diagnostic errors.

An exhaust silencer is fitted on the outlet port together with an integral speed limiter. The 701REB pumphead has earth bonding to prevent static build-up. A filtered and lubricated air supply is essential.
